for me both..easy nd difficult..b-cuz...there are some smocking are easy..but difficult to see....or alternate....
for me its easy because if you are willing to work it,you can work it good...although i admit that when i first saw the samples i said its difficult but when i've learned the procedure or shall we say the way its stitch i said its easy...some stitch is difficult like surface stitch its hard to me to learn easily but i try my best to know,and now i finally say its easy.......
For me when i saw it its really difficult but when i do it its easy but i admit that there are some stiches are difficult like surface stitch and heart shape.I enjoyed stitching....

if ur willing 2 work it........it is easy.,...........im having fun.....
when a first saw it, its difficult because of its look but when i know the procedure i said it is easy......it can help in financial problem because you can sale the finish product.....
for me some stitches are difficult like heart shape,and some are not so difficult
for me not so difficult because some stitches are easy and some are not easy..that's all thank you!
for me..it is not difficult. because smocking is very easy.. it's difficult to see but easier to make.. and i can prove That.....because i'm creative..all the kinds of smocking is easy to me!!!!
it's nyc 2 make pillow case,coin furce and pen holder....it's fun to do u can learn many things about it....i thought it's dificult but im wrong its dificult to watch but easy to see....i love it...
my first impression in smocking..is it's really difficult..but when I do it..it's so easy as long as you know already the procedures..my favorite stitch is heart shape..because it's very easy..for me..if you love your work no matter it is easy or difficult you can create a good one..hahah..^_^
